About Labor Link
Labor Link is a revolutionary company with mobile application which works on organised and unorganised industry for employment. Unorganised industry sectors are like Restaurant, Hotel, Salon and Spa.
Sales Executives of small scale retail industries, Housekeeping Staff, these are skilled employees but there are no organised platforms for these industries for employees to get a job. The employees of these industries did not have a national robust platform to get the required jobs nor a dignified recruitment platform
Being an unorganised industry, employers and employees, requirements were getting fulfilled through local agents which lead to a wrong fitment of employment and no reliable source of acquiring job.
Considering this issue Labor Link team worked intensively to bring an easy one touch mobile app to facilitate employees and employers of these above industries so that they could have lot of options of employee’s profiles and jobs respectively.
The employees are less respected and not treated well in hiring, hence Labor Link provides the right platform to find an appropriate job as per his/her skills with Respect and Dignity sitting at his/her a convenient place anywhere in the country or in the world.
Similarly, employers like Restaurant Owners, Salon Owners, Supermarkets, Malls etc., can find the required employees from all across the country or the world by just sitting at their office.
We want to bring revolution from an unorganised sector and make it an organised sector.
Labor Link is very confident in fulfilling employments from rural India as well as we understand there is lot of talent and employability in that part of the country, but they lack the right platform hence Labor Link helps them getting the right job at the right place in metros and in smaller cities.
